2018 Christmas – New Year delivery schedules.
Thursday 20th December – 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For® (Applies to UK Mainland Only). Orders must be placed before 2pm for same day despatch.*
Friday 21st December – Courier Next Day Delivery (Applies to UK Mainland Only). Orders must be placed before 2pm for same day despatch. Delivery Monday 24th December.*
Friday 21st December – Courier Saturday Delivery. Saturday delivery must be selected and paid for at checkout. Applies to UK Mainland Only. Orders must be placed before 2pm for same day despatch.*
The next order despatch date is Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
Deliveries to the UK
We deliver using Royal Mail or Courier depending on the weight of the goods.
A FREE Delivery option is available on UK orders over £50, excluding Courses and orders over 1.5kg.
Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays, but this in not guaranteed. (Please note this does not apply to our Nail Courses or product orders that weigh over 1.5kgs as we always ship these by courier).
You will be able to choose the method of delivery at the checkout. As you add items to your basket a shipping charge is shown under the sub-total in your Shopping Basket. This is the lowest shipping charge you will pay for the weight of the goods you have chosen. You can always change to a different method during checkout. Our standard couriers delivery is a next day service (UK mainland). This is next day from the day your order leaves us. Please note all deliveries require a signature.
Deliveries to the EU
We deliver using DPD/UPS. For most EU countries we offer a two-day delivery service. You will be able to choose the method of delivery at the checkout. As you add items to your basket a shipping charge is shown under the sub-total in your Shopping Basket. This is the lowest shipping charge you will pay for the weight of the goods you have chosen. You can always change to a different method during checkout. All deliveries require a signature.
Deliveries to the rest of the world
We ship anywhere in the world by DPD/UPS/DHL. The delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout. The shipping charges shown at the checkout are based on the weight of the items you have purchased.and the delivery country.
Customs charges and import charges: Please note that you may be liable for import charges for the goods you purchase fom us. The amount you may have to pay depends upon your local Customs and Excise department. It is your responsibility to pay these charges should they arise.
Courier delivery times
Orders placed before 2.00pm are normally despatched the same day (for in-stock items), for delivery the next day between 9.00am and 6.00pm. After you checkout we will send an email informing you of the estimated delivery day and the tracking number for your parcel. So as not to loose your order emails please add Order Confirmation < sales@essentialnails.com > to your white list or safe list.
International Shipping Regulations
Due to new international shipping regulations regarding the transportation of hazardous liquids by road and air, we are no longer allowed to send certain products in the normal 100, 120, 200 and 250ml containers. We are only allowed to ship them to you in multiples of small 25ml bottles. So if you order a 125ml Nail Polish Remover, for example, you will receive a “Safe Ship Pack” containing 5 x 25ml bottles plus an empty 125ml bottle. The products affected are as follows: Dream Acrylic Liquids, Dream Gel Wipe-Offs, Dream Polish Remover, Dream Tip Remover, Dream Sanitising Liquid, Dream Sanitising Gel, Dream Sanitiser Spray, Dream Brush Cleaner and Skin Truth Hygiene Spray. This information is also contained in the product’s description. Please accept our apologies for all the little bottles and that what we have delivered does not match the pictures in our literature.
