Gel Polish is perfect for natural nails and nail extensions. It's quick to apply, has a glossy finish that doesn't lift, chip or wear for 14 days.
In this Gelaze® Gel Polish course we will teach you:
- How gel polish works
- UV light box safety
- Preparation of the natural nails
- Perfect Gel polish application in solid colour and French on the Nail Trainer.
- Professional Application and removal on a live model.
Please Note: Before starting this course, you need to have completed one of the following courses with Essential Nails; Manicure & Pedicure, Gel Tip and Overlay, Acrylic Tip and Overlay, Fibreglass Tip and Overlay or Acrylic Sculpting. Or have completed a course elsewhere that covered health, hygiene and sanitation.
If you are new to nails, we have two great course training package options available, which will cover health hygiene & sanitation and also teach you two nail systems.

I have just enrolled with Essential Nails for the first time and received my UV Gel Nails course today. It is absolutely brilliant and everything has been so well thought out. It is like having a training academy in my living room and I have watched the training DVD all the way through once. I have brought 3 other course but never got round to doing them (I did qualify as a full nail tech years ago but am not confident). I love gel polish and when I saw this I thought great I shall do this one and give myself a kick start - well it sure did that. Within the month I had completed it and sent it off. I could not believe it when I got a distinction!!!! I'm now going to do my gel course and can't wait to get that it. Plus I then brought the whole collection of Gelaze gels :-) I really loved the way you had to do a case study - These courses are better than any of the Fast Track courses you'll find on the net where you go and complete it in a few days!!
