Successful Graduate – Hazel Richardson

I am a fully qualified RGN nurse, which, throughout all my life is what I wanted to be. I was very into art at school but never done anything with it… until now. I Decided two years ago, that although I love being a nurse, I was wanting to do something else completely different and my main aim was to be able to work from home.

I then found Essential Nails and took a plunge and enrolled for the Complete Nail Technician Course, which I have since finished, I then did my Maintenance Course and just finished my Acrylic Course. Next courses on the to-do list are the Nail Art Courses. Essential Nails have helped me through it all and given me a new lease of life doing nails, which I find so enjoyable and relaxing which in turn makes my clients enjoy their experience.

This year I took another big step and launched my home based salon ‘Purrr-fect Nails’, into the big wide world. I am still at the very early stages of getting clients but loving the fact I have my own business. I am still working as a nurse and doing Purrr-fect Nails in my spare time, but as things progress, I am wanting to do more hours in Purrr-fect Nails and reduce my nursing hours and then who knows where my nail journey will take me after that.
