Successful Graduate Samantha Hancott
My Name is Samantha Hancott. At college I entered the World Skills competition and had to do a case study on the subject of golden burlesque.
I won second place in the UK competition in the advanced 3d nail art section.
The case study has been done as part of the level three college course I’m doing at the moment.
The brief was to produce a display box for ten decorated nails.
I decided to do the theme as a Parisian style burlesque club and my ten nails tell the story of a prima ballerina who moves from a London dance school to the top Paris ballet school – Opera de Paris, she then finds a job as a burlesque dancer and falls in love, I know the story is a bit daft.
Anyway the ten nails show this, all made from acrylic, nail netting, feathers etc.
