Successful Graduate – Sasha Lomas
It has taken me a great deal of courage to set up my little nail business from home, I had lost myself completely after becoming a Mum for the second time back in 2009, then being told my child had special needs!
We did not realise at the time quite how special and how many challenges would come with this. The first thing that had to go was my career, as I was completely absorbed with visits to the hospital and various therapists appointments, the list goes on.
Then in 2011 I became a mum for the third time, thankfully to a healthy little boy, but having 3 young children (one with special needs), was a juggling act to say the least and everything I did was for them and never giving myself any time to socialise and working was out of the question! My littlest one started school full-time last year and I found myself becoming depressed as I had been so isolated for so long and suddenly had not a lot to concentrate on during the day whilst my kids were all at school.
I decided to search the internet and I discovered Essential Nails. I have always loved having my nails done and knew instantly that this was something I wanted to train in and having the flexibility to train from home at your own leisure has made this possible for me. I now have a very successful business going from home offering gel nails and extensions to my clients really appealed to me.
My confidence has grown massively and I have found myself again but the best part of it all is that I can be flexible and work around my children! Thank you Essential Nails for making me me again!
